Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, software, and marketing services provided by Franco Systems LLC ("Franco Systems," "we," "us") at francosystems.com. By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

The core Franco Systems subscription is $197 per month, billed in advance on a month-to-month basis. A one-time onboarding/setup fee applies to new clients and is disclosed before payment. Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time prior to your next renewal date; no refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

2. Website License & Ownership

The website build, templates, automations, and related software are provided as part of your Franco Systems subscription and hosted on our infrastructure. While your subscription is active, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the website and system for your business.

Cancellation ends this license. Upon cancellation, your right to use the Franco Systems website build, hosting, and software ends. Franco Systems is not obligated to transfer underlying source code, templates, themes, system architecture, or proprietary implementation to you or any third party.

You retain full ownership of all materials you supply, including your domain name, logos, photos, brand assets, text, customer data, and other client-owned content. Domain ownership and domain transfers are handled separately from the website license.

3. No Long-Term Contracts

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel anytime.

4. SMS & Email Messaging

Franco Systems uses SMS and email automation for lead follow-up, review requests, appointment reminders, and marketing campaigns on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your contacts. See our SMS Terms for messaging details.

5. No Guarantees

Franco Systems does not guarantee leads, revenue, sales, search rankings, review volume, appointment volume, or ROI. Results vary based on market, business, effort, and factors outside our control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful activity, spam, or in violation of applicable messaging and consumer-protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Franco Systems' liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
