Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Franco Systems LLC ("Processor") and you ("Controller") and reflects the parties' agreement on processing personal data.

Roles

You are the Data Controller of your customers' personal data (e.g., your leads and clients). Franco Systems is the Data Processor that processes that data on your behalf to deliver follow-up, review, and campaign services.

Processing Purpose

Processor processes Controller data solely to provide the services described in the Terms and as instructed by the Controller.

Security

Processor maintains reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and encryption in transit.

Sub-processors

Processor uses third-party infrastructure and messaging providers to deliver services. A list of material sub-processors is available on request.

Data Retention & Deletion

Upon cancellation, Controller may export its customer data. Processor retains data only as needed to provide services or as required by law, then deletes it per its retention schedule.
